We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions outside our control.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can resend it — additional shipping fees may apply.
