Welcome to In.Volve Fitness. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and store. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by IN.VOLVE FITNESS PTY LTD (ABN: 93 666 931 531). All products and services are offered and fulfilled from Australia.

2. Accounts

You may create an account to save your information and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 years or older to create an account or have permission from a legal guardian.

3. Our Products

We sell lifestyle clothing and accessories designed for everyday wear. We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but colours and textures may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Gifting

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. We do not accept orders for resale or export.

You may ship items as gifts to others — just enter the recipient’s details at checkout. We do not include pricing in gift shipments.

5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that it is valid, that you are authorised to use it, and that you approve the charges. You agree to keep your billing and contact details accurate and up to date.

6. Shipping

We currently ship only within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and not marked as final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We welcome feedback, testimonials, and reviews. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it in our marketing or communications. You agree not to post any unlawful, misleading, or offensive content.

All content on this site — including logos, images, graphics, and designs — belongs to In.Volve Fitness or its content creators. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

We provide our services and products “as is” and make no guarantees beyond what is required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
